Don't forget to actually click 'Attach
When you go to attach a file, a window like this image below pops up. It's instinctive to use. When you've found your CV on your computer, click Upload, then select the check box next to the file and click Attach, and they will be attached to the email. As in an ordinary email, you'll see it referred to in the Attachment area of the email, once you've done that. Do yourself a favour and send your CV in Word 2000 for Windows format, or RTF, and don't have any spaces in the filename of your CV and covering letter.
8. You can now Preview
the message you are about to send, and you'll see your email with atttachments
and so on, and how many agencies it is going to. If you don't like the
way it is going to be formatted, you can go back and change it. If you
do make changes, Preview it again. Below
your message, you will see the following options... 9. Once you are happy, click Send Mailing Now. 10. You'll get a message that tells you your mailing is now in progress, and it can take up to an hour to send all your messages. 11. Ninety-nine times out of a hundred, you have now completed the mailing. You'll get an email that tells you your mailing was successful, and how many messages were sent... If you don't get the message, try logging in again in a couple of hours. If something interrupted your mailing, you'll be able to get back in and a message will tell you the mailing was interrupted after sending (say) 2980 messages. A button below the message will say Press Here to Send the Remainder of Your Messages. 12. That's it! Get ready for a pile of replies. The first ones you get will obviously be automated, from the people on the list who are on holiday or similar. Your phone will soon start ringing, and you'll get piles of email enquiries and replies. If your CV is any good whatsoever, soon, you'll get offers of interview - usually within a week or so, but you'll continue to get queries for months. We wish you the very best of luck. Go and send it... The CV Submit
